The Whispering Hills Premium Cuvee consists of 78% Chardonnay and 22% Pinto Noir. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed. This sparkling is bottle aged on lees prior to release in the centuries old tradition of Champagne.

Please note we require a minimum of 6 bottles for the entire order & order can be any of the varietals available.
